Potency impossible to determine but if I were to take a guess I'd say it's around 10% thc or less? If its your first time smoking you are going to Andromeda and back regardless of the quality, it could be Mexican dirt weed and you'd still be lifted

 

Nobody knows, OP. Can't judge a weed by its' cover. Only way to tell for sure is to smoke. You go do that and tell us.

A more appropriate question, being a smoker for the first time, should be "Is this amount correct?" generally it depends on where you live as to how the prices go, but sometimes it blatantly obvious someone is being ripped off....

 

I don't see a lot of trichomes so it's probably not too great but if it gets you high then more power to you.
