First Time Rolling Joint

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Skyed, Sep 4, 2011.

  1. Hey, so I've practiced rolling J's lately, and I think I got the hang of it. This is my only problem. You know how some people fill it up all the way and don't put filters, and then they have to hold the little ass joint and try to get the last hit out of it? Yeah, that's annoying in my opinon, and I do NOT want to do that.

So my question is, if I make the filter a bit longer (maybe the size of the tip part of a pencil or something), is it going to get clogged with resin, or am I going to have no troubles?

Or, what if I don't fill it towards the end and just put nothing there and pinch it, is that going to work?

    Thanks

  2. Tear off a piece of magazine insert as long as you want the filter to be and then roll it up and put it in there, thats what i do and it always works great.

  3. If you're rolling like a cone joint style then you could do without the filter. unless you have a moist mouth, that could create problems.

  4. Why do you use a magazine? o_O

Then when you try to smoke it to the last hit, you start smoking ink paper..

  5. I think they are talking about the "renew your subscription part."
Two words my friend, roach clip.
    That is all.

  6. Just unload that roach into a bowl or bong.

  7. No, it won't get clogged with resin or anything, and I would just buy the Raw filter tips, 50 for $2 at my LHS, but before that I used to get a paper bag from shoprite and use that, they made me feel a little less worried that I would be inhaling ink if it got too hot

  8. Raw filter tips or index cards make great filters

  9. No roach takes away ALL the fun of smoking joints man.

    What are you talking about....
The end stays open 100% of the time and you rarely get weed flying into your mouth

  11. some people like to save roaches or feel the burn on the tip of their fingers from getting that last hit.

  12. It is quite soothing indeed.

  13. you sick bastard...:p

Yeah, but that doesn't make roaches bad in general, just for him. He implied that all joints with filters are not as good as regular joints
