First time ordering piece from GC

    Should I be worried about it being confiscated? How long does shipping take to east coast? USPS or UPS? Just want to check those few things.

    You shouldn't be to worried about it being confiscated unless you made a LARGE order I'm in Texas and mine came through fine. Now with GC their shipping times you can't be sure of I got mine in 2 weeks when I ordered it last year but I've heard people waiting as long as a month and a half

    It's coming from Europe so not too surprising that it takes a while^, overseas shipping is pretty expensive.

    I was just confused because a dew people i know got shipments in one week, but like he said for some people it takes more than a month.

    People who got their shipment in one week probably ordered from the Made In the USA section. Those items are shipped from within the US so they won't take very long to ship.

    Items coming from overseas have taken about 2 weeks for me, but some people have waited as long as 2 months.

    How would I know if the bong I want is in the USA section? The website I'm on says us store is everything on it made in us?

    Confiscated for what? It's not illegal to buy glass pipes and have them shipped, as long as there is no resin or signs of use, it's not contraband/paraphernalia. There would be no legal justification to retain that package. How do you think head shops get their gear? Things are shipped to them, in large quantities in fact.

    GC is well known for taking a while to deliver product to the US

    I just ordered my first item from the shop as well as my membership. Keep in mind the holidays are going to make things take a little longer this time of year as well!!

    Yeah I think I'm better off just going to a head shop.. after all the bong I'm getting is just a cheap acrylic so I'd pay just as much for shipping as the bong itself.

    My stuff always takes forever. One order was eight weeks another was eleven weeks. I just have to plan better I guess.

    It sucks GC has a lot of sweet deals I was really psyched when I found a foot and a half acrylic for 12 bucks with a discount .but then shippings like 15 bucks and it takes a long time

    I ordered 11/26 and in got here 12/22. In that time I bought a spoon and a bong from my LHS haha.
