First time making cannabutter :)

  1. First time making cannabutter and wil lead you throw how I do it and tell you how it goes :) so we using a box of trim (pics) and 1 pound of butter in a crockpot for 24 hrs :) the trim is wet (pre feash) so we will se how it goes

  2. Added 1 pound of butter :) in crockpot waiting for it to melt

  3. Added trim :) and added a few cups of water to Mae it cover the trim :)

  4. Had it on low for 24 hrs it was slightly bubbling :) (boiling) now straining it out using a cloth thing (worked good)

  5. Now to store in the fridge over night and ill see use in the morning :)

  6. After waiting about 6-8 hrs we have our budder ;) we cut te side and let all the water drain out as it the butter raises

  8. nice, would adding the water lose some THC through steam etc?
     
  9. Thanks and hmm I never really thought about it, alot of recipes say use water so the butter don't burn so ild say it should be fine :) aslong as the steam isn't over the degree to burn the THC witch would be pre damn hot for a crockpot :)
     
  10. When water phase changes into its gaseous form (steam/water vapor) it leaves behind all impurities (including any THC). It's exactly the same way you get distilled water. All is good!
