First Time LST

  1. I'm trying some LST techniques on an experiment plant on my balcony. I'm just wondering if anyone has any input on what I've done so far.

Im purposefully growing this plant small hence, the small container, topping and lst as it is an "bonsai" experiment. The plant is at 5 weeks planted from seed in mid-July. Anyone out there with some experience with LST pleas feel free to make any comment, Thanks. (Don't know the strain, some sort of indica.) I break my branches 2-4 times depending on how long it is. By break I mean monster crop- bending the branch enough to make a bend but not snapping the branch off. Now each branch has some fat knuckles to support even fatter bud. I think Monster cropping is the way to go. Although your plant looks very pretty and whimsical ;)

  7. Thanks for the replys I think im going to tie 2 shoots to the sides but after that im just going let it grow. Its got a real cool jungle canopy look to it now

  9. Yeah I heard you can get some fat buds doing that. I'll try that when I have the space for a decent garden. Can you monster crop the main stock even? Because that's what I was trying to bend here to manipulate height and look
