First time indoors

    This is my first time growing indoors, and i was wondering if i can use these red UV lights that i have. I have been doing alot of research and i have seen alot of things about red lights and none of the sites give me the ansewers i have been searching for. I Have been very sucessful outdoors for a few seasons and this is my first time indoors so any help would be appreciated...thanks

    you can use them in conjunction with proper lighting of the correct spectrum such as florescents or HID lighting.... you cant use that alone..

    I use mine during flowering only, i dont suggest using it during veg as it makes the plant try to protect itself, which in MJ it produces more crystals to do this, which is not what you want during veg time.

    Get yourself some flourescents if you dont have the cash for HID lighting.
