First time growing! Pls Help!

  1. Hi guys,

I setup a grow tent in an unused walk-in closet. I've been keeping up with others plants just for comparison, and I'm worried that mine aren't growing fast enough. I water them daily, and provide 16 hrs of light (LED 800 watts - 4 bulbs) & 6 hrs of complete darkness. If you have any suggestions, please share.

Here are some pictures of what they look like today:

  2. Welcome to GC, maybe some more information about your grow would help
    Like..what strain are you growing..?
    What medium are you using.?
What’s the actual draw wattage of your 4 bulb light?
I see you said your watering daily? Are you letting your pots completely dry out before waterings?

And also recommend you take pictures of your plants in natural lighting..

    Good luck

Those are huge pots for such little sprouts so you should water until the pot is soaked and leave it until the pot starts drying out. Probably once a week or even longer between waterings with pots that big. A 3" tall sprout will have at least a 6" tap root so you don't have to keep the top of the soil wet for the seedling to get plenty of water.

Like @AestheticJuan says we need more info about your setup. If those sprouts are 4 days old they look normal. If 4 weeks old you got problems. :)

Planting autoflowering strains in big pots is the way to go but with regulars a couple of transplantings are a good idea to prevent the tap root from filling the bottom half of the pot leaving a lot of unused soil in the top half.

You guys are probably right about the overwatering. My plants are now 24 days old and two days ago I started to notice some yellow spots on some leafs. I've read it could be due to overwatering or maybe nitrogen deficiency. What would you recommend I do?
    -Blueberry strain
-LED lights, total of 1600 watts - 8 bulbs, 200 watts each

  5. Have you given them any nutrients? Do you monitor PH going in and coming out?
