First time growing need help

  1. I have two white widow plants in the same pot is there any way i can separate the without killing

Yes.  Slide the plants root ball out of the pot and set it on the ground.  With your hands, slowly work your fingers into the soil in-between the two plants and while you are doing this, start pulling slowly in opposite directions.  It's normal to hear rips and tears. Sometimes you can separate individual roots from either plant, others will break off and remain to one side of the root ball.  Another way is to take a long bladed knife and slice through the dirt between the two plants.  I have done the "finger method"  a zillion times with mj, veggies, and flowers, and both plants always make it.  Water and fertilize immediately after transplanting.  Hope this helps.
