No one can tell you everything. You've given no info to start with. The best advice is to read everything related to the type of grow you're planning. You need to decide if you're growing indoors or outdoors, soil or hydro, how much space you have if indoors, lighting, fans, nutrients, how big your budget is, etc etc. You could start by reading the stickies at the top of each section.
