I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VEG LIGHTING TIME AND BUD LIGHTING TIME.IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT I WOULD BE VERY GREATFUL.
veg light is 18 hours of light, 6 hours of dark. With this cycle the plant spends its energy into producing green growth material, i.e. stems and leaves. The flowering cycle is 12 hours on/12 hours off. By turning the lights back tofrom 18/6 to a light cycle of 12/12 you simulate the natural conditions off outdoor seasons. The less light is an indicator to the plant that winter is on its way soon, and it is time to quit growing up and start reproducing for a new crop next year. The plants energies then go in to the production of sexual organs, and seeds. The plant needs the change from 18/6 to 12/12 as a catalyst to initiate the reproduction stage of life. Damn, I knew all that biology would finally pay off
