No. But you will have some issues with heat. 6.9 ft^2 will give you an average of 58W/ft^2 (I know it's an old and inaccurate way to measure, but it still works). With this concentration, you have the environment for fantastic, rock hard nugs. You have a bit over 5 feet of vertical which is enough if your plant pots don't take up much, but could get ugly near the end... Plan to have the plant grow up into the light and be a pain. Research bending and training and think about how you are going to adjust the plant to stay a good 10 inches away from the lamp. Even that far is pretty hot. In my room, I have sufficient light to leave my lamp up near the ceiling (about 3/4 of the vertical space is below the lamp, but I also have a good 3 feet of headroom more than your tent) in my converted closet. I suggest you put the lamp up near the top of the space and see if the plants are happy. If they are "reaching" for the light, lower it about a third of the space and test again. It is possible to have too much light, but I had to have a 1000W HPS 14 inches off my canopy before the leaves started bleaching.
