hey all... i just got my order of seeds i got online... i didn't actually expect them to show up but here they are...I'm germinating them with the paper towel and plate method... they're in my bathroom so it's nice and warm... i have an old fridge that i used to use in the dorms. It's one of those mini fridges but i took out all the shelves and it seems big enough for 2 plants... which is all i want... just enough to have a good spring :-D i have the pots and a lighting source... i'm using a lamp with a compact florescent light... it says it's about 26 watts... i dunno if that is enough... anyone know how much light i need in there? once the seeds have germinated i have some peat potting pots to place them in... they should be in all light from then on right? i don't have my air circulation situation figured out... i have a small housefan, and i can open the door every once and a while... any other ideas? also any ideas about CO2? i read somewhere about cultivating yeast in a bottle... any other suggestions? i'm really lookin forward to this... the stuff i bought said it grows fast and small with a maximum yield...perfect for a little guy like me eh? hehe so yeah any advice would really be appreciated! thanks! hey man, caught the growing bug I see, hee hee. it gets around. you will need more lighting for sure. you want about 100 watts per plant. you can grow with less but you will get very light airy weightless buds, and you will wait a lot longer for them. I just havested some grown with not enough light. good smoke, but not much of it, and it was a long time coming. you won't need to worry about adding co2. just keep the air around your plants moving, and keep them with a fresh supply. an exhaust fan with a passive intake in your box should work fine. you've got a lot learn so get to reading on these forums and soak up as much info as possible. gl and peace

Hi Would suggest u put the seed in room temp water & keep them dark they will DEF germ. Also I use a fridge to grow my seedlings and I must warn you it gets cold at night as it is not designed to maintain heat!!! It is after all a fridge. I found even in the summer it was cold in there at night Hope this helps Good Luck
So yeah... these seeds are sweet! it's only been 2 days and already 2 out of the 5 i put in there have split with little white roots comming out... how long shouldi wait until i put them in soil? how long should the root be? woot its starting! def. reccommend buying seeds... at least soo far... gotta wait for the final product to be sure...hehe mike
