First time grower looking for advice!!

    Hey all! This is my first time growing a marijuana plant outdoors in Michigan. Im learning as I go. I’m feeding her nutrients, sweetener, PH+/-, etc.. Throughout veg I topped her several times. I have a few questions for experienced growers:
    Can anyone tell me what week of flower she is in? I’m thinking week five but I just want to be sure.
    what week should I start flushing before harvest?
    Do you recommend defoliating one more time? Or should I leave here as is?

    Assuming that you have taken pictures throughout growth, you should have evidence of when pistils first appeared. Very healthy plant at any rate. I don't tend to remove leaves until I see yellowing but when nearing harvest (a week away) I will begin defoliating just to make the drying and cure easier to manage. Excellent effort for a first timer.

    I appreciate the feedback! Good call, yes I have taken pics throughout the grow. So, first sign of pistols I’m assuming starts week 1 of flower?

    Sliding scale; some (indoor growers mainly) mentally track it to the first day of altered light schedule. Outdoors, you are correct in calling it at first appearance of pistils. A sad Caveat is that even males will evidence pistils - yours is most definitely female, so don't fret.
