Okay so this is going to be the first time I do shrooms and I hear so many things of how if u dont know what ur doing, u will have some crazy ass trips. So my question is, how do I know if the stuff I'm about to eat is any good, and how much do I take. I am going to do it with 2 other friends so, please just inform me of your knowledge. Thx
