I'm having a comprehension fail for this new routine I'm going to follow. In the notes section, it says, "Tri sets: No rest between exercises. 60-90 Seconds between each Tri-Set." Does this mean that when I finish an exercise, I go immediately to the next one while taking breaks between sets?
Right you are....although in my opinion that is completly unnessasary...in order to get three exercises completed super set style your more then likely to to need lighter weights. For the type of muscle fiber that your triceps are a lighter weights isn't going to stimulate much growth.
