  2. You need to get that plant in some proper easily draining soil asap mate the stuff your using looks solid and the roots need to breath, looks like you need to water less as well, fill the soil to the top because of a long tap root, and throw some more lights on it, it looks very stunted how old is it?

but i will definantly get hopefully her in somemore dirt possibly with some perlite

  4. That's tiny for 6 weeks old looks more like 10 days

Sent from my SPH-L710 using Grasscity Forum mobile app

  5. it shoulsd really be tht big 0-0? after i toppd it it did stall for a few days and got little droppy
im thnking its a td ilder than i mentioned

  6. i found this fox farms soil mix on ebay think it would be good ?    its called ocean forrest organic soil and its a 12qt bag for 20$ free shipping

  7. i wouldnt order my soil considering it takes a while to ship and you can buy it at your local gardening center for roughly the same price

  8. 20 dollars for 12 quarts?

    LOL

I get a 1.5 cubic foot bag for 13 dollars.

  9. I'm using cfls and you really need to up your wattage or you won't get a harvest at all and if you do it'll only be 1-2g at most at it won't be very strong either. I'm using a 30w and a 20w my plant isn't very tall but it's starting to get bushy and I'm hoping for atleast between 1/2 ounce to 2 ounce but i also plan on getting more lights before flowering. Don't waste time with small bulbs mate you'll kick yourself come harvest.

if we all had a smoke, we wouldn't need war

  10. during flowering i was wondering if i could use one of those 400w shoplights the cube looking ones?

  11. but my nearest store to get it is 30miles away 0-0

  12. That is tiny....I'm on my first grow too and not an expert by any means...BUT here is a pic of mine...just over 2 weeks old................. Id say get better soil and let it dry out a bit...also some better lights...they look kinda stretched.....good luck on your grow!

  13. very nice looking plant there i think its all stretchy cause of my previouse lighting wich was the same bulb but it was about a ft from it seems to be stalking up and getiing bigger as soon as i moved it closer

  14. Have you got a picture of your light, if i can see it i might be able to assist you more. Personally I'm getting great results from cfls and the closer to 125w per plant the better although for 2 plant 200w is enough and for 3 250w Is good. But just remember get them as close as you can without burning them try and keep your nodes tight. The shorter the nodes spaces the more dense the buds will be from what i understand.

if we all had a smoke, we wouldn't need war

  15. This is mine at 3-4 weeks with only 50w of cfls on it. 1370833331686.jpg not the best pick but can kinda get what I mean 1370833375004.jpg

  16. yeah mines relly stretched from the 1st to the second node for shure mines finally starting to have a bushy top since i topped it what strain is your plant form indinca or sativa?

  17. this si the 400w light it puts off lot of heat and it also almost killd my plant t 2-3 weeks thank god she was ok after  good drenching nd some sunlight

  18. That light is a halogen light and is no good for cannabis as that's one of the main lights that causes stretching I think its the Kelvin rating of hallogens that do it. Mines a bag seed I think its an indica from the shape of the leaves but yeah that's all I know apart from the bud I got it out of was some nice smoke clean burning and really stopped my pain in my hip so really looking forward to a pain free couple of weeks if it is a fem. I only smoke on a weekend (Fri sat sun) at night to aid sleep and pain management. As I'm sick to death of chewing painkillers left right and centre. Plus being able to play with my 3 kids is an added bonus.

  19. ahh wsould this light be sany use for the extreme heat maybye combined with 3-4 cfls during flower possibly?  ik ive read heat will make the buds denser ut ive also red the halogenss are useles

  20. I would keep away completely to be fair. Don't risk losing a plant just for a little bit of extra heat.
