First Shroom Experience

well..last night my friend called me up around 7 and said "hey man get $30, we're doin shrooms tonight!" Now I had never tried shrooms before, but I wanted to see what it was like, so I got $30, gave it to him, then he went to pick up the shrooms. we ended up getting a 1/2 oz(a little more actually) of shrooms in total, we had 6 people and we each threw down $20-$30. so he picks up the shrooms then picks me up at about 10:30, and I was really nervous from all the waiting. I had no idea what shrooms were going to be like, just what I had read online about them. But I'll tell you, text does NO justice in describing a shroom trip. but anyways, we got to the person's house that we were doing shrooms at at about 10:45, split up the shrooms into 6 even piles of about 2.5-3 grams per person(depending on how much they paid, I paid $30 so I got around 3 grams)..11:00 we all eat the shrooms. they didnt really taste bad, but they didnt taste good either. The description of the taste being like potato chips without salt or anything on them is really accurate. so after we ate them, we turned on family guy, smoked around 2 bowls of weed out of a bong, and just chilled waiting for the trip to start. at around 11:20 i had already started feeling the trip coming on, colors were getting brighter, and I just became so interested in everything around me. 11:30 and we're all definitely beginning to trip, so we shut the TV and the lights off, turned on a little electric lamp in the middle of the room, and just chilled and talked. we were in a basement that had a bunch of couches, a TV, and a CD player in it so it was a great place to trip. at about 11:40 i really started tripping hard, i was sitting on a futon/couch thing and i was looking at my cell phone and all the sudden i became completely mesmerized by all the lights on my cell phone..i was just staring into the display looking at the LCD display, and I realized I couldnt understand writing anymore. the numbers and letters all morphed into weird shapes, and I couldnt even tell what time it was, the numbers just didnt make any sense. after that i just kind of phazed out looking at my cell phone, i thought the light was a light from a train coming towards me through a tunnel...very strange feeling. so i put the cell phone away seeing what else looked trippy, and thats when i realized EVERYTHING was different in the room. the TV we were watching has a bunch of wires behind it going up to the ceiling, and as i was staring at the TV(which was off), it started growing larger when i looked at it, but when i looked away it got really small. by then, I had completely lost track of time, I felt like I could sit there and actually control the flow of time. i had to go to the bathroom so i stumbled up the stairs and went into the bathroom, and this part was really freaky...the bathroom was all white, and when I was standing in there with the door closed it felt like that bathroom WAS the entire universe, like it was the only place that existed. the walls were pulsing, almost like they were breathing..and there was a brass doorknob on a door to a small closet that I was staring at, but it didnt look like a doorknob, it looked like a floating ball of golden light. i put my hand on it and i felt a rush of energy through my arm into my head, like i was connected with the whole entire world in such a way that i understood everything..after i left the bathroom, i went back into the basement and some of the kids I were with had gone outside to have a cigarette, and I got really scared, I thought because they left the basement that they were gone forever for some reason haha..but a few minutes later they came back in, and then one of the guys I was with took out a video camera and was like DUDE WE SHOULD RECORD THIS ITLL BE SO FUNNY TO WATCH ONCE WERE DONE TRIPPING so he turned on a camera that had a big flood light sorta thing on it and started recording us..he started passing the camera around so we could look through it, and when it came to me I looked into it and honestly thought I was watching a black and white film..and then I had this thought that just came to me, just created itself in my head..I thought"This is what life is, my life is just one 'video' out of billions" and after that I really cant remember much, except for that I went back into the bathroom and stared at myself in the mirror for a long time, and I was wondering who was staring back at me haha

so yeah I had a GREAT trip and im definitely doing that again, and if you want to see something really weird, look in a mirror when you're on shrooms, its very confusing. after the trip, i really felt more "connected" with the world, and I remember after about 3 hours of tripping I thought "I wonder what it feels like to be straight" haha it was strange, I couldnt remember at all what a normal state of mind felt like

 

they were all good friends of mine except this 1 chick who was my friend's girlfriend's friend lol...i had no idea who she was, and it turned out she had a really bad trip, she was puking and stuff..oh well lol
