Glad to join the Grasscity community. I'm eager to learn and share my experiences with you all. I just finished my first grow and what a fun yet challenging hobby. The grow went as follows: Set up an indoor 4x8 Gorilla Grow Lite Line grow tent, powered with 560w of GalaxyHydro LEDs spread between four lights (~140W each). Much of the grow changed up until the beginning of flower, and still needs much improvement. Started as passive air intake to 6" exhaust fan/filter, transitioned to 6'' intake w/filter to 6'' exhaust with filter. Addition of a dehumidifier was needed for flowering, but temperature rise was a result. Grew 3 different strains which created an uneven canopy. The issues with that were adequate air flow and coverage as well as adjusting the lights to differently. Also realized the pots were way, way too small. Powdery mildew become a problem which prompted the purchase of the dehumidifier. Was able to keep it at bay with foliar sprays. First used Serenade for veg and first 4 weeks of flower, and transitioned to Atak foliar spray with Transport by Optic Foliar. Last weeks of flower I used PM Wash by NPK Industries and avoid spray on the bud sites. After realizing that PM would be present on harvested cannabis I decided to add to the growing experiment by following a mix of Doc Bud and Jorge Cervantes bud washing during harvest. I won't go into details on that though. TL;DR - 4x8 Indoor Tent grow 560W LED (four 140w lights) 6'' Intake/Exhaust Ventilation Filtered General Hydro Nutrients 50 Pint Dehumidifier Strains: The White, Purple Platinum Kush, Kosher Kush from clone in 3 gallon fabric pots Humidity problems caused powdery mildew outbreak. Used appropriate foliar sprays to combat up to harvest. Currently have all buds finishing up drying, and close to the curing process. Yield has yet to be calculated. Enjoy pictures of the grow!
