First Muay Thai class

  1. I'm going to my very first Muay Thai class in an hour, wish me luck [​IMG]

    I wonder how this will go... \t\t

    Any advice, etc. ?

  4. muay thai is mad easy. Its all repitition...jab cross hook knee elbow kick ....in any order

  6. Yeah hopefully I enjoy it, starting a one month trial. Took taekwondo for 7 years prior, i'll probably have horrible habits because of TKD at the start. I'm also pretty out of shape, one of the main reasons i'm trying to start up a sport again.
     
  7. I miss any martial art form, I did Judo for a while and loved it, got my ass kicked everyday lol
     
  8. Man two days later and my legs are still sore as fuck, got another class tomorrow I wonder how i'll be able to do it with my whole body so sore :smoke:
