ok ive been posting alot lately just to make sure im doing everything correct, because i happen to be a first time grower. My girl had about 85-90% of her pistils had turned and her buds started turning purplish. im guessing because of the cold ass nights im having with frost on the ground when i wake up and this is why i have decided to harvest her. right now i have her in a basement closet hanging in seprate branches with all the leaves still attached. it is possbile for me to get a fan in the closet, but it would be sketchy, so i would just prefer not 2. is that alright? also i will wait until her stems snap when pressure is applied opposed to just bending. once she is done drying i will remove as many leaves as i could, trim down the smaller leaves on the bud, and put the buds in jars for curing. The stems will be used to make hash or green dragon. does everything sound ok? is there anything im missing or should look out for? any other advice!? and thanks alot GC i would have gone nearly as far as i have without you! and i appologize for asking questions all the time!!! lol
just keep the buds in a cool, dark, well vented place to dry, & check for mold. it should take 10 days or so for a good dry.
sounds good to me...just be sure to save all that trim and use it for hash or cannabutter (not just the stems)
