First Growing Op Need helps and advice

I am starting my first growing op in about a week. I have most of my equipment already, and would like some pointers otherwise.
I currently have:

Reflective Covering for floors and the walls
5 6 gallon buckets
Coco Coir medium
Drip irrigation system
12x14 room
30 Gallon Reservoir
5x Paradise Seeds Vertigo
AN Sensi Grow A
AN Sensi Grow B
AN Sensi Bloom A
AN Sensi Bloom B
AN B-52
AN Big Bud
AN Bud Candy
AN Overdrive
AN Piranha
AN Voodoo Juice
AN Final Flush

I am planning to use AN's nutrient charts for feeding my plants, I don't know how I should set the timers up though, I don't even know what kind of timers I need to get. Since it is in an enclosed area with minimal access, what kind of bug issues will I have to worry about? I plan on growing large plants, is it possible with this strain? There is limited information regarding this strain, so I don't exactly know where to start but by the basic marijuana plant needs. I plan on keeping the pH level around 5.5-6.0; the temperature from 25 degrees C to 20 degrees C; and the humidity level at 80% then drop it down to 60% during the final phases of flowering.
