They look good to me. Whatever you're doing is working I'd say. But you'll get more better advice and such from more experienced blades here. I'm just curious about you're light. Is it digital? Idk where to start because of rf issues I've read about.

  3. Try and get some panda film or something to help spread the light better.

  4. I'd bring the 400w down to 12"-18" from the tops. Use a desk fan to blow heat off the bulb so it doesn't roast em. Better growth rates that way.

    Looks good over all.

One question though. Why is there a cardboard shelf looking thing between your light and the plants? Seems to me the only purpose that could possibly serve is to prevent heat from rising, which is something you dont want.

I agree with thicken as well. I would move those reading lights out of the way and lower the grow light some more.
The difference in that 400w being 12 inches away versus being 20 inches away is around 10k lumens, which means you could double the lighting you would be gaining from the four cfls and save your self around 100w of power.

  6. agreed i would lower the 400 and take them cfls and have them lower than the canopy for under growth

  7. Just an FYI...in case you aren't aware...but the White Widow is a nutrient lover. Would always measure the concentration of the nutrient solution with an EC pen to make sure it's not too hot, but they love the nutrients and can take stronger concentrations that some other strains. Lower the hps and put the CFL's below canopy. They're not really a good light for vegging plants so you're not getting THAT much help out of them, especially above the plants. Nice job overall. As long as you adjust your pH to the right range, don't mix up your nutrient solution too hot, give them the right amount of water and light, you'll finish with some really nice plants. Of the strains I grow, the WW is my favorite by far. TWW

  8. Be patient. They are looking very good!
