  3. Ok. I was going to add 4 more lights tomorrow.
I have some 400watt hps bulbs. Was looking for a hook up at Lowe's everything was $90 and looked like it belong on a street pole. Where would be a a good place to get one cheaper? Online?

  4. Definitely look online. Unless you have a Hydroponics shop around
you, shopping online is your best bet.

  5. Amazon or Fleabay
If you add one of those you will be able to grow good thick buds no BS

Pick up a 4 pack of these boards.
    QB132 V2 Quantum Boards
    The v2 3500k.

Get this driver and wire to the board in series.

You'll have a dimmable 300+ watt fixture capable of covering a 3x3 for flower with the most efficient samsung powered leds on the market with not that much money put out. $215 or so with wire, cords, and hangers.

That fixture is 1 pound capable. You're going to need a real grow light if you want your buds to compare to everything else on the market. This will outperform 500 watts of HPS and run much cooler. Built in dimmer on the driver for dimming to 150 watts or so for veg.

Those boards need no type of heatsink. Just wire, hang, and grow. Bulbs only work for starting a plant. You need real light intensity that rivals the sun for good flowers.

I've spent thousands on several brands of leds myself and been OCD about led lighting research for years now. It's sort of a hobby of mine. You can't beat that setup for the price.

  8. I added a bunch more lights. Total wattage right around 700. Would this be enough to get some decent buds?
I got these bulbs but the hook ups im finding are to expensive. I'll probably end up spending 100 bucks and getting something else sometime tho.
