This is my first grow, and I was wondering how far under the light should my week old plants be. They also seem to be growing a tad slower than I thought, do plants really start to veg out in the 3rd or 4th week or something?
try and keep them as close to the light as possible without the light touching them. dont know what you mean by you other question.
