This is my first grow so far. Right now they are on a light cycle as such: 7am ON 8pm OFF. Don't ask me why we went with that cycle, we just did. My main question is, when do I need to trick them into thinking the seasons are changing? I believe they are about 3+ Months old now... Here are some pics. Please comment away. I am almost certain most are females except for one. Thanks for any help you guys/gals may be able to provide. It is MUCH appreciated. -JL
They might already be confused by that light schedule and hopefully not stressed. They look healthy though. Ideally for early growth you want either 18on/6off or 24on/0off schedule. For flowering you want a 12/12. Lower it down to 7am on / 7pm off and see what happens.
You totally stunted the growth with your messed up light cycle. Why would you just randomly put it on what ever cycle, you have it on the flowering cycle right now. So your saying you grew them then whole time like that..? For 3 months they should be much bigger I would say, I dont know what to tell you I dont know much about growing 12/12 from seed other then that its not really that good.. Also looks like you some what nutrient burned it already. Oh and get rid of the male right away, and do you see white pistils on your "females"?
Nope, no white pistils yet. The lighting cycle I know now was incorrect, but I went with the advice of a friend...you know how that is. They are going to start the 12/12 cycle today and we'll see how they do after several weeks. Any better ideas?...
