First Grow pointers

  1. Ive germinated 6 seeds, i put three in each solo cup. The light thats on is a low intensity CFL light, and the soil is probably 6 inches away from the light. At this stage, the picture was taken right after I planted the germinated seeds into the soil, here's a picture of my outcome so far.

This is located in a trunk with the lid closed, and there is also a fan in the trunk pointed at the top to try and ventilate air.

    So far so good?

  2. get that light closer. no more than 3 inches IMO

  3. 3 in a pot is not really a good idea. You don't want your roots to compete with each other, to spread diseases, etc. So next time, keep it one seed per pot.

You could try to separate them now, but that'd be pretty risky. If they're just bagseed, you could see which sprouts first and try to remove the others, or just start 1 or 2 new ones in their own pots.

6" is okay for now. You could move them closer, but you really do not want to burn them. Once they pop through the soil they'll be very sensitive, and will not require much light. Main thing is to make sure they don't get too hot. Once the leaves start to develop, you'll want to move the lamps closer to them. As long as you have good air circulation, you can get CFL's pretty darn close to the plants. Be careful with the youngsters, though.
