. Ok so my buddah seeds magnum auto looks almost burnt on the first couple setss of leaves I don't know why they are so bad I did give it a little tiny dose of nutes on day 2 or so and have been giving it a b52 supplement for root growth the ph test kit indicates the ph is between 5.5 and 6.5 the test solution is yellow like it recommends the newer growth looks good is this problem going to keep occurring or what is the problem exactly my kush plant has two tiny spots and I gave exactly same as magnum also is this gonna stunt growth n effect yeild
it will grow out of it. Give it water and ignore it dont love it to death and fuck with it every 5 minutes.
The first one looks like water droplet damage. The second looks good. Unfortunately any negative thing will effect yield when it comes to autos. But this isn't going to do anything to worry about
Ok guys thx for the feed back so I'm getting leave it alone just water? and about when should she get some nutes? Oh and not too sure how the semen thing works u wanna explain that in detail buddy
Oh and another question what do u mean burns from water drops does the water drop focus the light and heat up the spot that's burnt?
I don't know exactly how water droplets damage leaves but they certainly do. Some people say it's from focussed light but I think it might be something else because I had it over night once.
When they need nutes depend on a lot of things, but waiting until they are about 6" should be about right
Are you foliar feeding? Why so much water on the leaves? Are you using a fertilized potting soil? I have been growing for 25 years and I never mist or foliar feed my plants, it's just not necessary in my opinion. Unless you're treating a sick plant or really know what you're doing, spraying anything on a plant will do more harm than good, by causing burns in the foliage or restricting the stomata...inhibiting the plant's ability to breathe. Water it normally and stop misting to expedite it's recovery. If you are using soil with fertilizer in it, just use plain old water for a few waterings.
Ok thx guys yea idk why I thought water in the leaves wouldn't effect them guess I'll just call it a lack of experience or just lack of common sense lol but I've only been giving it phd water the past couple of waters and they seem to be doing better. The new growth that is the leaves that were originally effected seem to be stabilizing but still look pretty rough but I'm just gonna let it ride out and see what happens will post a pic tomo at some point
I think she looks beautiful. I bought inexpensive water meters for my two plants in soil. I have a tendency to overwater and the meters help with that. When I pick up the pots now I can tell if they need water or not. They are really light when dry. Good luck.
Does anyone use a general hydroponics ph up down kit? If so is the best ph when the solution tests piss yellow? That's what I keep reading but want some actual ppl who use it with experience to give me some feedback n sorry for all the newbie questions but everyone has to start somewhere rite?
ok this was taken 4-4-14 at about 12am the firs is the magnum which was badly effected by a mistake I made early on but seems to be looking better. And the afghan kush is still looking real healthy and green but they both look really small for their age I've never grown before but have seen many plants and I think mine look a little small what do u guys think so far
Ok so they def started exploding with growth and all new leaves have a good color I'll post some pics when I get home later thx for the feed back and preventing me from loosing my mind over it
