first grow i'm about dead -thcb funky container

    have not beenable to spend much time on first grow. 3 thc bombs and 1 dirt weed. quadraplegic stuck in bed and probably will be for a month. i was going to put in 5 gal buckets but now am thinking about adding 2 - 1 gal (human protien) containers to make a slim 3gal bucket. i feel like shit and the plants are not high priority but i like watching the grow. i will not get the yield i want but have learned so much. more than likely sacrifice virgin for more seeds plus i'll take cuttings. container a bad idea?

    As long as there's enough room for the plant to grow vertically, I dont see any problems with those homemade 3gal pots. Plants look pretty damn healthy actually. Looks like you got a small Magnesium def. You might want to look into some Cal/Mag if you got the $$. You'll deff. have to move it to a different container when she matures or she will fall over because of the top-heaviness tho. For now it should be fine tho.

    I agree on all counts. What are you feeding them? I like the shape of the home made pots(tall and narrow). They should work well. I would however trim the tops of the container so they are the same diameter top to bottom to allow the plant to be transplanted easier.

    thank growers. have not feed them anything. potted them in mg whih was 27-13-27 or close. just add water and light. when i put in big 5gal i will have to start feeding. i have 1 bag with 16 quarts mg left and another with about 8 quarts of mg. may mix this in with the organic i am getting from nursery down the road. now they are sticking 3 inches over cooler. make do tent (60x60x19 rubermaid closet from walmar at $26) is supposed to be in today. have 6 huge mylar blankets to line inside with. not the best but will do.
    about the plants, they are dark green with only blemiss a small light burn. igot to have my nephew take pictures. everything is going to easy - not couting help but i knew that when i started.
    if you going to be stuck in bed for 2 months great to watch from seeds untill time to flower. gimpy don
