  1. I think its imperative that I emphasize at the onset of this thread that, 1) any marijuana use is medical use; 2)DO NOT attempt to grow marijuana illegally and do not engage in cultivation without full devotion. now on to the fun, enjoy!! here's the first batch of pictures involving this experiment. I wasnt able to post all the photos in this thread so i will post a following one with the rest of the pictures. these clones are from CloneQueen out of Rancho Cucamonga. they deliver to all of SoCal, the clones were a little worse for wear upon arrival (probably due to the power outage in the area), anyways, genetics are a large percentage of how the crop turns out and thats what CQ provided me with, amazing genetics, check them out here (Clone Queen - $3 Specials & the leader in VERIFIED Genetics : Rancho Cucamonga - Medical Marijuana Dispensary). the first clones shown are Mars Candy, then the two red dixie cups contain mystery seeds I just planted for kicks, the following is a large clone that is super lemon haze, and then the last 5 clones are jupiter og. these pictures are taken 1 1/2 light cycles into transplant (12am 9/12/11). side note, god bless those that had family members taken from them 10 years ago.

  3. So a few days later (those pictutes I posted last night were from 9/12), two of my mars candy babies have died, they werent in good shape when they got here so not too surprising, pretty sketch, but I have a 30 warranty on them. good deal huh??

  4. Greengenes,
What's crackalackin my friend. I was just checking out your journal. Yes God Bless all those who lost in 9/11.

Too bad about your babies. I'm in my second grow and so far (knock wood) we've had 100% survival rate so far. Our first grow we had 6 ladies all different strains (no journal).

This grow we have 8 new babies (all different strains).

I'll keep an eye on your journal as we are both planting and growing on the same schedule. I'm in day 6 of my second grow. Good luck and we can compare notes.

What type of lighting, soils and nutes?
    Room temps, RH and PH?

I'm on page two of indoor journals.

  5. Looks like you got a nice set up going. Is it a room or cabinet?

  6. A thirty day warranty is awesome, we get ten days here most times.

  7. Im going to give you guys all the specs, ENCLOSURE: 4x4 mylar tent LIGHTING: 400W Metal Halide LIGHTING PERIOD: 18/6 veg. 12/12 flow. Ask me if you want to know any other specs I might not have thought of!

  8. Dang, you got it going on Green.

I'm still a newby only in my second grow. So I try to learn from y'all as much as I can.

  9. well this is only my first grow, but heres some literature that would open up your knowledge of cultivation so much its unimaginable. also a great resource if youre ambitious is to attend Oaksterdam University up in Oakland, its a cannabis college. it provides a whole array of knowledge.

Ed Rosenthal: [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Marijuana-Growers-Handbook-Complete-Cultivation/dp/0932551467/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1316033614&sr=8-1]Amazon.com: Marijuana Grower's Handbook: Your Complete Guide for Medical and Personal Marijuana Cultivation (9780932551467): Ed Rosenthal, Tommy Chong: Books[/ame]

Jorge Cervantes: [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Marijuana-Horticulture-Outdoor-Medical-Growers/dp/187882323X/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1316033680&sr=1-1]Amazon.com: Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible (9781878823236): Jorge Cervantes: Books[/ame]

  10. Thanks for the info Green, I've read some of Ed's stuff. I need to get into Cervantes too. A lot of my learning has come from this forum and from other growers in my area. Our hydro stores here are very helpful as well, many of the employees grow also.

If you get a chance check out my journal also.

  11. So Im pretty sure I have spider mites on my babies. good thing theyre still small so its not a massive outbreak. I used some SNS 217, its an all natural solution, i guess rosemary oil is the active ingredient, hopefully it does the trick! All week the clones have been busy rooting and getting their lives in order, at the close of one week of light cycles I think its safe to proclaim my babies have all entered the very beginning stages of veg. This week Ill start the girls on some nutes, at first super light solution, my grow nute is a little on the lite side of N anyways. pH has continued to be between 5.75-6.35, temp is 76-86F, thats hot but its rarely that hot, I run my light at night to offset lamp heat. I also measured the suckers, the numbers of the plants correlate with the order of picture. #1) 4" 2) 2.5" 3) 2.5" 4) 3.5" 5) 3.5" 6) 3.75" 7) 3.5" 8) 2.5" 9) 4" 10) 2"

  18. Looking good Green. A little hard to keep my head turned sideways to see the girls...LOL.

Lollipopping huh...I'll be sure to keep an eye as I've wanted to see this technique in action. Very cool.

  19. Green what is their born on dates? I use the date that I bring them home from the cloner. Our Born on date is 9/8

  20. whats up guys, so day 29, beginning of 5th week of 18/6 light cycle. i definitely messed up with a coupel of them, i really want to think it had to do something with the condition they were in when i got them, anyways, gotta deal with it. on the other hand, some of the ladies look great, the tallest one this week grew an inch a day this week. ill probly keep them in veg til the tallest ones get to 2 feet. ive used a couple different training techniques, i unsuccessfully FIMed one so i topped it, and its bushy just like a topped one would be. I like the look of a topped plant, looks like a massive yield comparatively. another i successfully FIMed. and then with the two tallest ones i bent over the top growth below the next lowest level on each. here are the measurements for each in order of picture: 1) 8" 2) 16" 3) 18" 4) 8" 5) 17" 6) 6.5" 7) 8" 8) 6.5" 9) 16.5" 10) 12"
