hey yall, im about 3 days into my grow now! using all cfl's and everything was purchesed for around 120$ canadian. I got 10 seeds for 30 bucks, apparently theyre jack herer. but who knows with shit talkers these days eh, haha. I got 3 10W in the middle, and finally got 4 29W in on the sides. Im going to LST it, to keep it small and bushy. this is my first time growing ever, sooo yeah! here are some pics to see the progress! allz i need to do now, is to get some paint, or tinfoil the inside of it, and make an exhaust fan thingy. any ideas? i was thinking just a simple square fan, cut into the corner

yeaa, well kinda. lol i have my own apartment, but im growing it in a cabinet i bought from crappy tire. its like. 6' X 2' X 18'' i got it cut in half atm, so the top half is like. starting them out, then the bottom half for when its bigger.
question. what kind of light cycle should i be using? i had it 24hours the first day, but since then its been maybe. 14/10 and i heard you change it to 18/6 later on?
depends, trying to deturmine sex early? ifso 12/12 till sex shows, if its female, split back to either 18/6 or 24hr, 14/10 is a flowering light pattern, so if your not trying to deturmine sex, get onto 18/6 or 24hr.
hey yall! got some updatess im about a week into this now. i got a fan rigged in, for an exhaust. got all my lights in, and got a fan blowing across the plant 24/7. its starting to grow some new leafs =) im so happy! lool.. anyways. i purchased some liquid nutes. and i was wondering if it was okay for me to use? ive been using it for 2 days now, and havent noticed a huge difference.
Lookin nice bro, but make sure you paint the inside of that cabinet white (matt paint), or line with mylar, tinfoil will burn your plants if they get too close. Also you want at least 16/8 light schedule for vegging, unless your trying to sex them as mentioned above. I used 18/6 and it seems to be working well so far!
lol ur totally rght. by the 3rd day, it started to get white spots on the one leaf? ive stopped using is for now. untill its gotten bigger.
ooooo. shit. lol. well, i did have it outside, on my deck. so thats prolly what happened. ive got it inside comepletely now, i just had to make some adjustments to the cab update soon
You should have waited a bit longer to LST that baby. I hope you dont have trouble transplating to a bigger pot. I hope it works out for you!!
----update---- ive painted the inside of the cabinet now. and have got my 2nd plant sprouted got a couple new pics also. ive been looking reaaaally close at my bigger plant now, and i think it may have the female hairs but its kinda hard for me to tell. so i tried my best to take a pic of it
heres a pic of what i thought was the female hairs lol i tried my best to spot them out. haha its easier to see with my eyes, then trough this damn camera
big plants starting to smell now, and stretched out a lil bit im playin arounnd with my lights still, trying to get it as focused on the plant as i can now. and im trying to get light to the bottom leafs. (even though theyre not completely covered) random pics of mah babyss
---update-- just some more pics of my baby its roots are almost taking up the entire cup, so im going to have to transplant soon and just a pic of a quarter i picked up haha one budd. cant complain
