    The only thing I'm sure about is that your plant needs a much bigger pot

    It needs a bigger pot.
    It needs more light.
    It probably should have been put outside months ago. Plants can go outside once nighttime temps go up above around 60.
    This is the security section, you want the absolute beginners area.

    Same here its my first grow I'm not sure what I can do now to increase yield. E.g bigger pot or supercropping
