Hello everyone, this is my first time growing so forgive me for being a bit jumpy but I noticed after three days in my grow tent I had a few bugs starting to show up around the tent. I don't see a ton of them and they seem to very slow/possibly dieing. I was wondering what they are? Do they pose a potential risk?
Just crack open a piece of garlic and leave it on top of the soil. They hate it. I don't know why but when I was using soil I had fungus nats and they ran from the garlic smell.
Thanks for the advice. I'll be sure to grab a few cloves of garlic to have handy just in case I see any more. I also ordered some neem oil. I think I figured out what they're after looking at enough pictures of bugs to make my skin crawl. They look like or at least similar to Cigarette Beetles/Drugstore Beetles. Currently I don't see any more but it's early on yet. Hopefully I'll luck out and won't see the buggers again.
