So this is a friends op, and it's his first time growing. He doesn't remember exactly when he started growing these, but he thinks it's about 2 weeks in. (some bag seeds) using 4 24" floro bulbs (doesnt remember the kind, but they were purchased at a grow shop). No nutes in the water (so far). using Scotts potting soil with osmocote a few leafs look burnt / yellowish what causes this? what can fix it? any other suggestions? a 75 w hps will be added soon for the rest of the veg stage, do you think that's a good idea? he said to say thanks in advance first 3 pics are same plant, last 2 are the other plant
Does your soil have nutes? - No good Stretching going on mang, next time know and realize what bulbs your buying..
i would guess its the osmocote in the soil that turned the leaves yellow. this would make me think the best idea to fix it would be to get some plain ol' soil with no osmocote, repot, and water with just plain water to flush out the remaining stuff. im not a veteran plant grower, but i got an A in Biology, and passed the AP test...haha of course that was before i met the nuggers.
