First GC Purchase

    So I ordered a pipe from GC on March 10th. It's March 14th today, and still have gotten no shipping notification or anything.. I'm starting to get a little concerned :|

    I live in the US, and paid with an international bank transfer. The order status says "processing (docdata)", and has said that for the past four days. Under the order info section, it says "The payment is paid but not yet closed. Invoice created." What the hell does that mean?

    Anyway, I was hoping that some of you guys who've ordered stuff from here could tell me what's going on? Thanks :]

    The confirmation will probably come in 3 days. It took me 1 week to get the confirmation so yeah don't worry. Be patient.

    Not to worry, GC is a reputable shop.
    I've ordered from GC for over a year now and I reside from an Asian country.

    I live in the US and I received my stuff no problems.

    It means that the order is still processing. The items have to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping after payment is received.

    You really have to be patient when ordering internationally. After it's shipped, it has to go through customs before it hits USPS for delivery.

    Please be certain that GC is very much legit. The company has been around for a while now with only a handful of issues in comparison to the amount of orders they receive. :)

    I know this is an old thread, but I too have just ordered my first piece from GC. So you're saying (or this is open to anybody really) if it says, "Processing (Docdata), that there's probably no issue?

    I attempted a first order last night where it didn't go through (that order says Pending (Docdata) and I cannot cancel it, but I exited that order before selecting a payment option, so I don't think I'll be charged twice.

    But then I ordered without issue a second time, and I see has said "Processing(Docdata) for the past 24 hours, so I guess that I shouldn't be concerned unless there's no change? Thank you in advance to anybody that can help.

    Oh no it's the GC shop order thread all over again.. I can say with honesty that , while it did take quite a while for my stuff to get here, I got it no problem and many of thanks to RMJL for making sure that happened :)
