  1. what up grasscity so i am undertaking my first scrog in a week, today i just got the screen done and the box cleaned and preped for the scrog, the screen is 2ft x 2ft and about 12 inch's from top of my 5gal pot I am planning on starting the plant in a 2gal pot LST'ing it with no screen until i transplant into the 5gal but until then heres sum pics of the box and setup:

  2. looking good man,
    liked the fan idea.
    what dimensions is that reflector?

  3. Looks good dude, but in the future, you might want to make that carbon scrubber suck outward, and not blow outward.

    fan>carbon>out = blow
    carbon>fan>out = suck

  4. i got no carbon scrubber the smells not an issue its just ducking so i can get more suction in the box works great it pull's all the wall's in alittle thats why I have the wood polls holding the walls open better.

  5. not to be a dick man but its called "ducting". haha. way to go with the screen I never tried it that way cause vegging longer loses 1 harvest a year for me and i lose money that way.

  6. Haha even better then. Looks just like a DIY scrubber, but if smell isnt an issue then that would work just fine for an exhaust.

Also, since the walls are pulling in, that is good negative pressure. But make sure to use it to your advantage. Your plants love CO2, so if you put a bigger passive intake in there, it will help keep your walls from imploding, and more air circulating around your ladies.

    Good luck:wave:

  7. Nice setup man, have you decided on what strain your going to grow?

  8. lmao i see u caught that

ya i feel u on that i hate long vegging it sucks my last grow was 2 months veg but if it benefits my yield like they say it dose since i only have a 250 watt then i will take the extra time i am already saving up for my 1000 watt anyways thats when i am going for my then just practice and fun u know.

    p.s. u growing yet?

  9. haven't fully decided yet but i am thinking of

    any suggestions?

Ok so i fired up the 250 watt today cuz the clone was already under cfl's before I even started this journal so now every thing is set to go, today I took the plant out and spayed it down with sum (Nitrozime) then let it dry outside the growbox and then put back in.

Here is a link that explains how it works and every thing about it:
