Firecracker

Discussion in 'Cannabis & Weed Edibles: Cooking & Recipes' started by chandler608, Mar 13, 2011.

  1. Ok if i put the weed on the peanut butter , instead of cooking it i heard that you can let it sit out over night , what do i have to do so in the morning i can eat it?:hello:

  2. Firecrackers, heated the traditional way, are considered a worst-case-scenario edible.. meaning you didn't have the tools, or the time, to make a proper edible.

Just letting it sit overnight will not work.. you may feel 'something' but it will be almost impossible to discern whether it is the placebo effect, or a trace amount of glandular material that had time to become available to your body.

In other words, firecrackers are already an inefficient use of your materials, and just letting it sit out overnight without applying heat, is even less efficient. You're thinking of a heatless method, which takes anywhere from weeks, up to several months to be complete, depending on the extraction medium used (better oil sources, glycerin, alcohol etc.)... but to try and do so with a firecracker, in that amount of time (weeks/months) can invite microbial pests, mold and so on, meaning your edible is more likely to spoil before it is 'ready'.

Keep reading. You'll find a better method that works well for you, and your situation :)
