  1. I just...i don't even. Fuck that

  2. Those laws are ridiculous. You don't classify DUI from beer and DUI from whiskey as two separate things, because it is the same drug just different concentrations.

  3. She will Prolly do a little time and a big fine. My brother got aresteaed with a qp in Texas and got bailed out for like 500 and payed like 1900$ in fines and that was it.

  4. Who is she? And yeah theres texas for you

We need to clear up their logic cause just cause its hash it still cannabis ......

So the government is just a big scam

  6. Dammed Texans, never met one I did like.

  7. I'm afraid they might try and make an example out of her because she's a celebrity.

It would backfire if they did but still.

  8. What she needs is a good defense. :p

  9. A pop music artist who reached the peak of her fame during the 90's. Her first album, released in 1996, won plenty of critical acclaim and topped the charts.

Her career with a brick wall when she made some badly received comments during an MTV video award acceptance speech.

What did she say ? Would it been more accepted if she said it now .......

Isn't weird how America thinks its so modem but they still think they live in the past

  11. That's just barbaric! Who the hell does this government think it is?

  12. The possible sentence is only severe because she was caught with hash,,hash = crack as far as TX laws are concerned.

Under 2 ounces of weed is a misdemeanor.

  13. All musicians should refuse to do concerts in Texas till their laws are changed!

  14. That broad needs MJ for medical use. So she can EAT something.

Damn, she is like a twig.

  15. Hahahahaha

you know what Austin, Tx's slogan is?

"The live music capital of the world"

    that will never happen

  16. And the crazy thing is, Texas told the Conservatives in Canada that their new laws are too harsh. You know you're in trouble when even Texas tells you you're being too hard on criminals...

  17. It's amazing what our government tries to legislate and regulate; sad really how invasive we have allowed them to become. As futile as it seems with the politicians we have to chose from, until people vote and actively involve themselves things will not change.

  18. Texas seems to have one of the harshest laws on Cannabis, seems like it'll be one the last states to consider legalization or MMJ.
