Finding good strains in a new city?

    Hey grasscity! I've been an occasional reader of these forums for some time, but just now decided to register and speak my mind :p But my problem is I can rarely find any good headies in my area! I live around an hour from Baltimore, so I'd figure there has to be some real pot out there... The only thing I can get on a regular basis now is low midis and a lot of people around here are selling high grade midis as nugs :(.. I have one friend supposedly getting a qp of hardcore heads, but if that falls through, where would be a good place to make a connection with someone? PS: im 19 - so I can't go to bars, and I just had a DUI so I can't really drive anywhere, making my dilema sooo much worse :( I've heard of a few cheap headshops in the area, do you think this would be a good place to make a "friend" or would that seem a bit shady?

    go to your nearest college/community college and talk to the people smoking sqaures even if you dont find a dealer some one will steer you in the right direction
