Finding friends in a new place.

    I'm having problems meeting people and finding friends in this new city that I live in. I haven't smoked any bud for 2-3 months now and I need things to do and people to chill with.
     
    Where would be a good spot to find people? Also, how do I approach them? I wanna smoke some dank
    (I know it's around!) but I don't want to just buy it... I want to smoke it with someone and get to know them.
     
    I haven't asked anyone for bud yet because I don't want to look stupid if they don't have it. I want to be normal about it.
     
    How do I go about making friends and finding people to chill with that smoke bud.

    Go to a reggae concert, you shouldn't have a problem meeting stoner friends there!
