This is the third time I've made it and the trouble has been getting the time just right. Think I've finally got it down. Let it sit overnight, re-heated and now after two days of waiting, I'll see how it worked. Used 2 sticks of butter, mixed with 5 grams of de-kiefed dank and 5 grams of shake/stems. Sound adequate? I know some of you guys are probably experts at this shit Two English muffins, toasted and spread with peanut butter, and then slathered with a bunch of the cannabutter. Commence nommage

most important thing i've found when it comes to cannibutter is the length of time you let your fatty butter and super fine broken up pot sit on the stove on super low for... 5-6 hours and your GOLDEN. rush it and the high seems to last way longer, but nowhere near as intense... last time we made brownies i didnt wait long enough on the stove (was too anxious to eat edibles lol) i let it simmer for about an hour.. the high was great, but not psychadelic like i've had before, and it lasted about 2 fucking days.
Yeah man oil is definitely easier! And you can pretty much use it in most cases that call for butter (mostly baking recipes). Also easier to store

Next time when you make it, try this 5 hour method. 1. Preheat the pot of water. 2. Then add the butter of your choice and stir it until the butter melt. 3. Then add the herb and stir it for 2-3min. 4. Let it simmer and stir it every hour, and make sure to use the stirring spoon or whatever to squeeze it to the side of the pot. 5. Filter it and let it cool down.
