So ive finally been caught. Got arrested for possession of only 4 grams of marijuana. This was in skool too im a senior..made it thru the whole day...last period of the day the fkin administration comes in class lookin 4 me..i had a good 5 seconds to ditch my shit but i couldnt at the time...so they searched me found it...arrested me..they did the works fingerprinting, mug shot etc..i have court..and have 2 enroll in drug abuse classes ......wtf is the big fkin deal about a plant lol its a plant and if u happen 2 light it on fire it gets u feelin good lmfao. but anyways court shouldnt be that bad for a first time arrest ey? no previous record or anything. good shit i didnt have my ounce on me at the time ..they never read me my rights either..
Its good that they never read you your rights...!!! Bring that up in court, also why were they looking for you and they did they have a reason/warrant for that search. Whos the snitch??? Other than that, no the charge shouldnt be to bad depending on where u live. In TX u can get like 6months and a 500 dollar fine or some shit... But shame on you for bringing it to school what were u thinking. U can keep it home, get high, get high with friends. They only have to read you your rights prior to interrogation, they can arrest you without reading you your rights
Yea this is true. I told my lawyer they didnt read my rights when I got arrested and he laughed at me and said they dont have to unless they are going to interrogate you.
for one, drugs+school=bad. use some common sense... your rights dont need to be read until you are interrogated. if your going to break the law you might as well know the law. next time leave your bud at home.
thats why i never, ever bought my weed into school the only time i did was a bad experience, i was too paranoid to feel safe, and when i deal i make sure i feel as comfortable as possible when i do (if you were dealing) do what you have to do, and learn from it. dont bring shit into school! hope everything works out okay for you
The problem with school is you have no rights so they don't need any real reason to search you. At least that's what ihave been told
To be honest dude, you had to have told someone and that's your first mistake. I used to go to school with weed all the time so i could have lettuce for lunch. It might've been stupid, but I certainly didn't care and never got caught because nobody ever knew i had weed. And my bag reeked of marijuana. Nobody ever said a word. Next time you want to do something risky at least make it a point to do all you can to prevent from being caught, ya know? (When you are in school they officially take over as your guardian for 7 hours so they can do whatever the fuck they want to you, that's the way i was told by my Dean, at least.)
Yeah tru tru...I had actually just bought that in skool b4 1st period. Had that shit in my pocket all day..we did it securely in the bathroom made sure noone else was in there and shit i think the dealer was the fuckin dumbass showin it around cuz we both got arrested so im guessin he was showin it around and snitched on me i guess when he got caught..w.e...im in Florida...true that tho wut the other guy said "todays the first day of the rest of my life" after my probation and shit im keepin my bud on lockdown goin all the way 2 make sure im not gettin caught again. I guess i got 2 comfortable with it..thinkin eh i wont get caught ive been smokin bud for 3 years..then bam! but yeah hopefully all goes good and i can get this shit over with and get some more bud
They don't have to read your rights to arrest you. They only have to read you your rights if they intend to question you.
