Nice. I'm at the beginnings of what I plan to be a 100% CFL grow now for my first grow so this is promising.
i used 13 6500k 100watt equiv (40w actual) for veg and 13 2700k 100w equiv (40w actual) for flower x 60 days next one, def switching to a nice LED, but this was my first grow so I went with CFL. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
Wow, did you start with that many from the beginning of VEG? Mine sprouted around 11 days ago and so far I only put 4 150w equivalent/ 40w CFLS overhead, was planning to add more as she grows. Also, did you notice any significant impact on your electric bill out of curiousity?
i started with 4 and gradually added more in as she grew, kind of like you. the one thing i noticed was a lot of heat buildup, so had to really work on ventilation. My electric bill didn't really go up much at all. maybe an extra 50 bucks a month or so. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk
I'm in my 6th week off flower, Gotta 600w dual spec hps today as a gift, I've had a 250 an 300w dual spec CFL up til now , gonna put her under the hps tommorow for the next two three weeks, see how it goes for the first day lol!, Gotta pic up on another post, my lights out the now , have a look see what ya reckon bud.
