"Fim Job" Help!? (PICS)

    Well it's day 28 and I was going to put them into flowering tonight but I decided to fim my plants... I was wondering if somethin could make sure I did this right. Also how long should I wait to put them into flowering now... I'm running out of horizontal room but i have about 2ft left vertically. Also it's 4 weeks now, when will I start seeing signs of sex?

    why did you decide to fim your plants the day before you sent them to flower?

    Why didn't you do that one or two weeks ago so that the plant could get over the stress of the fim and then give you two nice colas on one plant. Flowering is a very delicate state. It's a kin to pregnancy and you have to be very gentle. So you chop off the heads of your plants and then abruptly change the timing of the light cycle on them all at the same time. Sounds like torture to me.

    Anyway, males flower early after changing to 12/12. Females can take two weeks to show definitive signs.

    Love your plants. Don't hurt them. Nourish them and they will feed you in kind.

    sorry for the confusion,
    I didn't mean I'm going to start flowering them tomorrow I meant that I decided to FIM and then veg them for a week or two longer. I wanted to make the plants a little more "bushier" with multiple bud sites. Does anyone know if i FIMed my plants right?

    As for how long you should wait now until flower, probably a week or two. Just wait until you see the next set of fan leaves grow. No the ones you cut, the next full set of fan leaves.

    I'll be sure to keep things updated in a couple weeks when i finally have some buds.
