    you can use the cardboard in the back of the rolling papers or the cover to the papers. its not that hard roll it up tight and it will stay coiled

    the taps outa a pack a box cigs the top part has two flaps you can pull out

    in the lid of a box of cigs there is a little tab thats folder over thats about a centimeter wide and 2 inches long. roll that up real tight and roll it between your fingers for a few seconds, and it will hold a perfect round coil.:D

    or if you don't smoke cigarettes... index card.. cut/rip out about a 1/2" x 2" piece and roll it up as tight as possible... works for me.

    cardboard, index cards, i usually just use paper and it works cause i roll pretty nice jays...not to be cocky.
