Well, I went to the head shop to get a cracker.. the first one I went to directed me across the street. So I went there and asked them the same question and the guy said "Don't got those.. we do have Pringles in a can though". So after he got his jollies he pulled out what I wanted.. I think. Its a sports inflator. I'm sure it'll puncture the cartridges, but I'm not exactly sure how one would go filling up balloons with it, or the best balloons to use that won't pop when really cold. The only output is a needle to fill basketballs and such. I can take it off but I don't know if that does much good. Anyone with experience.. let me know what you did.
Aight dude. I only tried it at a music festival for the first time a few weeks ago there. I didnt like it all that much to be honest, but meh thats just personal opinion. The dude that gave me it just put a baloon over the end of this cartridge and pressed it and filled the baloon. You could like somehow tape the baloon onto the end of the cartridge or something? I dunno man.
I'm not planning on taking it by itself, I'm using it with LSD. I know its pretty boring by itself, but thanks anyway for the info. I have a couple ideas on what to do, not sure if they will work though.

I bought 2 punching bag balloons from CVS for a dollar, they seem to be pretty thick and are big enough to fit on to my sports inflator. Bought to try it.. Ya it works good.. I could probably fit 2 into a balloon. Ahhh....
