You have the makings of a song here but I'd have to hear the music before making final judgement. One of the hardest things to accept as a writer , is that everyone will not understand what you are trying to say and that's OK! Writing is for the writer NOT the reader...at least non-comercial stuff Try to not be offended if people "don't get it" because that's not important. What is, is that they read you work at all. i perfectly understand the entire writing for yourself thing. that is what i do but ive gotten interesting responses to this work before. everyone takes it a different way and i love to see that.
