  1. So Friday afternoon I pulled a male plant and put it out in the compost pile. Everyday it has been in the 30 or 20's at night and maybe the low 50's during the day. It is now Tuesday, it has new growth. It like I lst'd it. I just tossed it on top and its still growing. The top and side branches have all curled up toward the sun and are very green.

  2. I have cut the roots off a tree trunk and stored it in my shed for lumber, to find it has sprouted new shoots.

    Life can be very persistent.

  3. Male plants are a bitch to kill :) females are the more fragile ones..

I once let a male plant outside in 100F weather with no water for a over 3 weeks and found it still growing normally without any problems out back
