house hands down. he's more than "witty" he fucking makes his own rule and everyone just takes it because he is badass beyond badass.
Dr. Cox was the biggest dick ever. He was violent, rude, and charming all at the same time. I think he would take the cake.
I would say house, but one must remember he is a cripple. Cox would easily use that to his advantage. But if house did win, it would be a damndably dirty one

Cox: first of all, i think it's just terrific that you have the ego to think you can take me, but belittling your staff and always being right doesn't make you "the man"... ya see, IIIII am a good doctor, you, you just have other people do the leg work for you and throw out diagnoses for 25 minutes, nearly killing your patients a couple of times until you get it right.
