I had an interview for a security guard position yesterday. All i need to do is get my guard card. I need a job bad otherwise i cant pay my rent. Im a college student and i already have to limit everything i buy Congrats though!

Same here I just started my job after finals last week. Working 65-70 hours a week at 12.75 an hour with time and a half any hours past 45
true that, My job is reducing hours because all the UT students are leaving for winter break, and since i work right infront of UT we get no business. Considering quitting, but i just broke my car so i dont know

congrats on the new job...ive been working at this gym for about 4 months doing the night shift like you 10-6. but recently i told them i wanted to work days and they went and hired a new guy and told me they could get me nothing close to the same amount of hours so i was pretty pissed. kinda thought about leaving right at the beginning of my shift but im the only one there and the only guy that i work with that was working out is cool and i didnt want to force him to work tonight....and i would like to use them as a reference. but my buddy works at this restaurant and they need drivers so hes gonna talk to them! hope everything works out im just gonna drive around, smoke bud, and listen to music, and get tips. FUCK YEAH dont eat too many doughnuts! ahah
