I Just got my 55lbs bag of FFOF, Grow big, grow bloom, and tiger bloom I've got 6 OG Kush seeds, and a GDPurp clone i am about to grow at the same time...My Mix is gonna be FFOF, 40% Perelite, and Dolomite lime.... Could anyone that uses these products help me out with the nutrient feeding schedule and amounts Im not sure when to start each one, how much to use, or how often to water
http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf. Although every grow is going to be different, this will give you something to go by at first. Use 1/4 to 1/2 their recommended dosage as well...and always pH your nute solutions to 6.5ish; they'll be very acidic otherwise.
Yea i got that chart when it arrived, I was confused a little because it says start the big bloom in week one of seedlings an clones! I thoght you werent supposed to add nutes for two or three weeks... And also it says use every other watering...So i guess i should water twice a week than huh? I appreciate your input tho thanks
40% perlite is stiff... i'd go about 25% since it already has a good bit in the mix... if you want extra drainage after 25% use vermiculate cause it won't soak up salts as bad... and yea for nute feedings less is more, especially starting out... might splurge on some kelp extract to help the seedlings root... and superthrive's a little drop'll do solution that seedlings take off on... water whenever the plant runs out... you want the roots to seek and destroy all the water you give it... inch and a half down bone dry means water
I have a GDPurp that i just topped three days ago...Its still on an (18/6), i added the FFOF to the top of the existing soil that i have my plant in and watered it today...Can anyone tell me which nutes i should start using from this point on with this plant? I havent gotten my OG Kush seeds in or even cloned my GDPurp yet
